These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the xMen Kegel website and services operated by Appercut sp. z o.o. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
xMen Kegel provides a personalized Kegel exercise plan based on your responses to a health onboarding quiz. The service includes educational content, exercise tracking, and related features delivered through a subscription-based model.
By using our service, you represent that:
To access certain features, you must provide a valid email address and complete the onboarding process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
We offer various subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, 3-month). The price and billing frequency will be clearly presented before you complete your purchase.
Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current full price, and you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for each renewal term. You can cancel at any time through the Billing Center in your account.
If you are offered a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, we will automatically charge the subscription fee at the end of the trial period.
Additional items (e.g., fitness add-ons) may be offered as separate one-time or recurring charges. These are subject to the same renewal and cancellation terms as your main subscription unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Our refund policy is governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it carefully. In summary, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase.

All content provided through the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, exercise plans, and software, is the property of Appercut sp. z o.o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
The xMen Kegel Plan is a fitness and wellness program. It is not a medical treatment and does not diagnose, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. If you experience pain or discomfort, discontinue use and consult a physician.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appercut sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
